Enjoy this collection of big band music composed by Maestro Lightford. The record was born out of his love for some of his favorite big band composers, Duke Ellington, Count Basie, and Quincy Jones. He felt in order to create something on the same caliber as his heroes, he would first have to form an alter ego. Thus, SIR WELLINGTON was born.
